Family Trauma Services (FTS) is a private, for-profit mental health agency serving the Washington Metropolitan Area. Family Trauma Services provides outpatient mental health, intensive home-based counseling, and partial-day treatment services. Family Trauma Services is licensed by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide outpatient mental health clinical services and psychiatric rehabilitation services.  Family Trauma Services has offices located in the Prince George’s County, Maryland, Montgomery County, Maryland; and in the District of Columbia.  

Family Trauma Services began providing services in 1993 and is registered as a minority owned business. Family Trauma Services is certified by the United States Department of Health and Human Services-Health Care Financing Administration as a Community Mental Health Center.  Family Trauma Services is approved to provide both Medicare and Medicaid services and accepts a variety of insurance plans including Maryland Health Partners, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Champus.
